Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales targets for helicopter sales in the region.
- Engage with international teams to gain insights and ensure alignment with global strategies for aircraft sales.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the helicopter industry.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including maintenance and financing discussions.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assess competitive landscape in the Southern African region.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably within the aviation or heavy machinery sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with helicopter industry standards, financing, and maintenance particulars.
