Exciting Opportunity: GM: Human Resources – Manufacturing & Supply Chain in Sasolburg

A leading company, ClarkHouse Human Capital, is seeking an experienced GM: Human Resources – Manufacturing & Supply Chain. This position offers a chance to leverage your HR expertise within a well-established sector in Sasolburg, Free State.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring alignment with business strategies within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
  • Oversee industrial relations, including negotiations and conflict resolution with unions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support in recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of generalist HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or mining sectors.
  • Leadership: At least 3–5 years in a senior/executive HR leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong industrial relations experience and a proven track record in managing employee relations.
  • Education: Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., HR Management Degree).

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 – R1,800,000 per annum.
