Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the facility’s social work policies, procedures, and forms.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to clients in aged care and childcare.
- Assess clients’ needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Facilitate access to external resources and support services as necessary.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Social Work.
- Experience: Prior experience in a social work role, preferably in an NPO setting.

💰 Salary Insight
