Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the inbound warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and seamless workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, making sure all operations align with the company’s goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage supply chain flow effectively.
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards within the warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and logistics principles, as well as adherence to health and safety standards.

Estimated Market Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
