Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations for employees in various divisions.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored for the workforce.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure that workplace health standards are met.
- Monitor and report on employee health trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and advice to staff regarding health and occupational hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health legislation and regulations, and actively participate in health audits.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree/diploma in Nursing, with specialization in Occupational Health.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant nursing experience in an occupational health environment.
- Certification: Valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with occupational health regulations and best practices.
