Key Responsibilities
- Develop an efficient assistant structure that enhances executive productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication between executives and teams, acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes while managing schedules seamlessly.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an executive assistant or in a similar supporting role.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Market Salary: R35,000 – R45,000 per month.
