Exciting Opportunity: Scheduling & Admin Coordinator (Remote)

Sagan Recruitment is hiring a dedicated Scheduling & Admin Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of lab testing requests. This remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while contributing to a vital sector in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for lab tests, ensuring timely execution of requests.
  • Coordinate with laboratory personnel to streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and testing data.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their scheduling needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to optimize workflow.
  • Monitor and evaluate scheduling processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: A degree or relevant qualifications in Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in scheduling and administrative roles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in scheduling software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using various online tools and platforms.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Market Salary: R30,000 – R38,000 per month.
