Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, promoting an active lifestyle.
- Administer medications and manage care schedules as directed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionalism: A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a focus on client-centered care.
- Qualifications: Relevant caregiving certifications or training, as well as First Aid and CPR certifications are advantageous.
