Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via telephony and online channels to assist users with technical queries and issues.
- Log calls and manage ticketing systems to ensure all requests are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee exceptional customer service and timely response.

Requirements
