Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy tailored to the unique needs of African operations.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs across multiple languages, including French, Swahili, English, and Hindi, focusing on induction, safety, and compliance.
- Create training materials and resources that resonate with diverse audiences while adhering to local regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate program efficacy through feedback mechanisms and adapt strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate multilingual training sessions to ensure inclusivity and engagement among all employees.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within an international context.
- Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to cater to various cultural backgrounds.

💰 Salary Insight
