Exciting Opportunity: Manager – Training & Development in Central Africa

A leading company is seeking a passionate Manager – Training & Development to spearhead educational initiatives across African operations. Join TestHiring in Cape Town, Western Cape and make a difference through impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy tailored to the unique needs of African operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs across multiple languages, including French, Swahili, English, and Hindi, focusing on induction, safety, and compliance.
  • Create training materials and resources that resonate with diverse audiences while adhering to local regulations and company policies.
  • Evaluate program efficacy through feedback mechanisms and adapt strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate multilingual training sessions to ensure inclusivity and engagement among all employees.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within an international context.
  • Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to cater to various cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
