Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant with a deep understanding of the investment landscape? Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management in the wealth management sector.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication between departments and clients.
  • Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle financial documentation and assist in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment management and financial terminology.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
