Exciting Opportunity: New Business Development (Security Technology) in Randburg

A leading company, Emporium Human Capital, is on the lookout for a driven New Business Developer specializing in Security Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in challenging, fast-paced B2B environments in Randburg, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the security technology sector.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the technology or security sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex information simply and effectively.
  • Self-motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with security technologies and market trends is a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R25,000 – R30,000 per month + commission.
