Key Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary and service teams to ensure an exceptional dining experience across three restaurants and various outlets.
- Develop innovative food and beverage concepts that cater to the modern traveler and enhance hotel offerings.
- Implement strategies to optimize food and beverage revenue while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and budget for food and beverage operations, aiming for cost-effective yet high-quality service.

Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within food and beverage operations in luxury hotels.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
💰 Salary Insight
