Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and report customer feedback to management.
- Utilize software such as SAP as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to carry out administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures for a safe shopping environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP is an asset.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
