A leading company in the cleaning and hygiene solutions sector, Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Hygiene and Pest Control division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing overall company market presence in the KZN Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and achieve targeted sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hygiene and pest control industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track sales data and report on performance metrics to management regularly.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric or equivalent qualification; a degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly within the hygiene or pest control industry, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Localization: Must be based in the KZN region with a valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
