A leading company, On Line Personnel, is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Transport/Fleet Controller. This is an excellent chance to join a vibrant team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the transportation and fleet operations to ensure efficient delivery services.
- Coordinate and schedule the fleet, maintaining oversight of daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, drivers, and customers, providing excellent service.
- Prepare reports and analyze operational performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Logistics or Transport Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a transport or logistics role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Transport: Own transport is essential for this position.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM and on duty every 3rd weekend.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
