A leading company in the FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry, Cletech, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team on a 3-month contract in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll function, ensuring accurate wages and deductions across the employee base.
- Process payroll on the SAGE 300 system efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding payslips and deductions.
- Assist with year-end payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role, especially within the FMCG sector.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAGE 300 is a must.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and mathematical skills to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in accounting or payroll management are preferred.

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
