Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator at Siyakhaya Construction & Civils

A leading company in the construction industry, MANCOSA PTY LTD, is seeking a professional and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office functions to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents, maintaining a high standard.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Support financial and administrative tasks involving budgets and invoices.
  • Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role within the construction or similar industry is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
