Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Manager in Johannesburg

A leading company, Flink, is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager. If you are passionate about enhancing workplace culture and have a drive for talent management, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Psychology, or Business.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a human resources role, ideally in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R12,000 – R15,000 per month.
