Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to ensure that packaging lines operate efficiently, taking charge of routine operations and problem-solving.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair filler, packer, and labeler machines to maintain high production standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement best practices in packaging operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings in accordance with production requirements, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they impact production.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant technical certification or experience in packaging machinery.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
