Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling onboard the cruise ship.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor staff performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management or similar field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work onboard and adapt to the ship’s schedule and environment.
