Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate dispatch operations to manage and track the flow of service orders.
- Collaborate with plumbing and electrical teams to schedule appointments effectively.
- Utilize various software tools to manage customer data and service requests.
- Provide and maintain detailed communication with customers regarding service updates and resolutions.
Requirements
- Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or dispatch coordination, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Hours: Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (EST).
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
