Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee and enhance the learning and development programs to elevate employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through effective learning practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create relevant development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: Strong experience in talent management and leadership development, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Postgraduate Qualification: A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate.
