Key Responsibilities
- Support the National Payroll Manager with executing the monthly payroll for various BDO entities.
- Ensure accurate capturing of all payroll changes received from HR into Sage.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to payroll inquiries from employees.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with related legislation and policies.
- Prepare and submit various payroll-related reports as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Sage or similar payroll software.
- Knowledge: Understanding of South African labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately under pressure.
