Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support to employees in the Cape Town office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform network troubleshooting to ensure connectivity and optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain VoIP systems, such as 3CX and Asterisk.
- Administer and support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certifications or degree in Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in network management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with VoIP systems and CRM applications is highly desirable.
