Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of creditor invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the financial system.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Perform reconciliations for creditor accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial records related to creditors’ transactions.
- Contribute to the month-end closing process and assist with audit preparations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant diploma or certificate in finance or accounting.
