DEBTORS CLERK/ADMINISTRATOR (KEMPTON PARK) in Gauteng

Exciting Opportunity: Debtors Clerk/Administrator in Kempton Park

A leading company in the recruitment industry, MPRTC Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Debtors Clerk/Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills and grow within the vibrant team located in Kempton Park, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records for all debtor accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and follow-up with clients as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on debtor status and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Process payments and reconcile differences in accounts.
  • Assist in the maintenance of financial records and administrative duties.
  • Utilize strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Licence: Valid Code 8 driver’s licence required.
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R5,000 – R20,000 per month.
