A leading organization, SOS Children’s Villages, is on the lookout for a dedicated Finance and Admin Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of communities in Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records and oversee budgeting processes across various locations, including Port Elizabeth, PMB, Mthatha, Rustenburg, and Mamelodi.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and integrity in all operations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and facilitate audits as required.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functionality of operations and assisting in grant management.
- Engage in training and capacity building of staff members in financial management and accounting practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in finance and administrative roles, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software/tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R18,000 per month.
