Exciting Opportunity: Corporate Receptionist and Junior Office Manager in Cape Town

A leading company in the retail sector, Service Solutions, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Receptionist and Junior Office Manager to become a key player in their Cape Town team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in an internationally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors.
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails efficiently, directing queries to appropriate departments.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and support the office manager with daily operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for staff as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate; a diploma in office management or similar is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
