A leading company, Industrial Bakeware, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Creditors Clerk to join their team on a3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the accounting field while working in the heart of Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of creditor invoices and statements.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before processing payments.
- Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address any inquiries.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in finance or accounting is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a creditors or accounts payable role is an advantage.

- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel is essential.
