Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of LAN infrastructure using Cisco DNA Center.
- Manage and optimize network performance with a strong focus on routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
- Implement and maintain STP variants, VXLAN, multicast, QoS, and SDN strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance network reliability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in managing complex network systems with at least 5 years in a senior networking role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies and routing protocols.
- Certifications: Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE) preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R1,200,000 – R1,500,000 per annum.
