Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
- Conduct interviews and screenings ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
Requirements
- Qualification: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources, Human Sciences, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Development.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in talent acquisition or human resources management.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to utilize various recruiting tools and technology to streamline processes.
- Proficiency in candidate assessment and selection methodologies.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R30,000 per month.
