Exciting Opportunity: Senior Commercial Secretary in Sandton

A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Commercial Secretary. This is a great chance to elevate your career in a vibrant and dynamic workplace located in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level secretarial support to the commercial department, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare legal documents and ensure all paperwork complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system and ensure sensitive information is securely managed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a legal secretary within a commercial environment.
  • Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Word and other office applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R60,000 – R65,000 per year.
