Exciting Opportunity: Executive Assistant in Paarl / Franschhoek / Wellington

A leading company, Time Personnel, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, trustworthy individual looking to excel in a supportive role within a dynamic team located in Paarl, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, ensuring efficient management of schedules and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage all documentation related to the executive team.
  • Handle travel bookings and itineraries while liaising with external vendors and partners.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to serve as a point of contact between executives and internal staff.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate, further qualifications or experience will be considered advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, with a focus on executive support.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity in sensitive situations.
  • Reliability is essential, including having your own transport to manage commuting effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
