Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and guidance to the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct daily handovers and briefings with the housekeeping staff to ensure clear communication of priorities and tasks.
- Manage leave planning for the housekeeping team to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Plan, prepare, and execute ongoing training initiatives for housekeeping staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Monitor and control housekeeping budgets and expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position within housekeeping.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment; knowledge of health and safety regulations.
