Exciting Opportunity: USA Customer Service Advisor in Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to clients in the USA via various communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the internal system.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build rapport.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,500 per month.
