Exciting Opportunity: Property Financial Manager at Luxury Lodges in Mpumalanga

A leading company in the hospitality sector, Hoteljobs, is seeking a passionate Property Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of luxury lodges in a stunning remote safari setting. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial excellence and lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire financial operations of luxury lodges, ensuring optimal financial performance and sustainability.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial systems and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Collaborate with lodge management to develop financial strategies and budgets that align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for stakeholders, providing insights into financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards, including tax obligations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably within the hospitality or property sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining a strong team presence.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R35,000 – R40,000 per month.
