Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Trauma/Emergency Centre.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ conditions, prioritizing urgent care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: Nursing Diploma or Degree, registered with the South African Nursing Council.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency/Trauma nursing.
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care skills.
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are preferred.
