Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the development of data centre architectural plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform architectural decisions.
- Research and apply latest technologies and materials in data centre design projects.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals and design options to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional development within the team.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Professional registration as a qualified architect is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with a focus on data centre design.
- Skills: Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.
