Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media) to source and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records of candidate progress.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR intern roles is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for talent.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours to align with US time zones.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
