Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant (KYC) in Cape Town

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (KYC). This role supports two Directors within a premier Financial Services firm in Cape Town, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and personal assistance to the Directors, ensuring seamless operational support.
  • Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Coordinate communication between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance tasks related to Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in an executive assistance role or similar position.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Attributes: High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R350,000 per year.
