Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and book appointments for prospective clients interested in virtual assistant staffing and receptionist services.
- Engage with potential customers through various channels including email, phone, and social media to generate interest in the company’s services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and converted into sales.
- Maintain a clear and organized pipeline to track all communication and follow-ups with leads.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the BPO or virtual assistance industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
