Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Assistant in Cape Town

A leading company in Cape Town, Western Cape is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant. This role offers a chance to support the General Manager’s office through a range of administrative tasks that are crucial to the effectiveness of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the GM Office.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and official correspondence for the General Manager.
  • Prepare and organize documentation and reports to ensure timely and accurate presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
  • Assist with project coordination and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the GM.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Certificate or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
