Exciting Opportunity: People & Culture Skills Development Coordinator in Midrand

Join a dynamic team in Midrand as a People & Culture Skills Development Coordinator at Dis-Chem Pharmacies. This is an exciting chance to contribute significantly to the implementation and administrative support of skills development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of bursary programs, helping to manage the coordination and administrative aspects effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between management and employees regarding skills development and career progression opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of skills development initiatives and report on their outcomes to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on skills development and training coordination.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people development and cultural enhancement.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
