Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site operations within a high-volume, fast-paced QSR environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize store performance.
- Lead and mentor site managers in achieving their operational and sales targets.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assess operational efficiency and team performance.

Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
