Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Cape Town

A leading company, RPO Recruitment, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is your chance to become an essential part of a dynamic organization in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently and professionally.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for management, including accommodations and transport.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with personal tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of urgency.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
