Exciting Opportunity: International Program & Scheduling Coordinator in Cape Town

A leading company, IQbusiness, is seeking to employ a dedicated International Program & Scheduling Coordinator on a 12-month contract. This role is essential in ensuring that all resource-related aspects of the program are managed effectively, making it an ideal opportunity for skilled professionals in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related inquiries and communications.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify resource needs and availability.
  • Monitor program progress and make adjustments to schedules as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute program reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in project management or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in scheduling or program coordination (minimum 3 years).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
