Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process purchase orders, ensuring accurate handover to the production team.
- Oversee the manufacturing process of orders, ensuring timeliness and quality standards.
- Receive and inspect all goods ordered, verifying against purchase orders.
- Prepare goods received vouchers (GRV) for accurate inventory tracking.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or sales administrative role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems and manufacturing processes.
