Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency on-call situations and demonstrate technical proficiency across various operational domains.
• Manage Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco Expressway, and Cisco CUBE in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee Cisco Voice Gateways and WebEx Room Devices to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
• Participate in shift coverage as required, ensuring continuous service availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex communication issues.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Cisco technologies, including Contact Center and Voice Gateways.
• Experience: Previous experience in a UC/SNOC environment preferred.
