A leading company in the Construction sector, RPO Recruitment is looking for a skilled Asphalt Branch Manager. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced professional to enhance their career in the thriving region of KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee asphalt production, paving, and road construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Manage the daily operations of the branch, including workforce management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Implement health and safety protocols across all operations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to guarantee compliance with specifications.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in asphalt production, paving, or road construction, with demonstrated leadership skills.

💰 Salary Insight
